An absolutely gorgeous natural Apophyllite crystal cluster from India, covered in an abundance of exceptionally clear, glass-like crystals.

This specimen is all about the sparkle. Dozens of beautifully formed Apophyllite crystals crowd the surface, ranging from water-clear to softly translucent, with brilliant reflective faces that catch even the smallest amount of light. Look closely and you’ll find tiny rainbow flashes, internal reflections and natural inclusions throughout — the kind of details that make Apophyllite so mesmerizing in person.

Condition: Natural mineral specimen; expect natural contacts, inclusions, irregularities and minor edge imperfections associated with crystal growth and extraction.

What I especially love about this piece is the contrast between the front and back. The front is almost completely covered in luminous crystals, while the reverse exposes the dark volcanic matrix and pale mineral zoning beneath the crystal growth, preserving a wonderful glimpse of how the specimen formed within its original host rock.

Several of the crystals are remarkably transparent, with crisp faces and natural striations visible in the close-up photographs. Rather than one dominant point, this is a true crystal garden, with crystals growing over and around one another across nearly the entire specimen.
